Shift Manager

The Shift Manager oversees daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service, strong team performance, and compliance with company standards on quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Service Crew to consistently deliver company service standards
• Ensure smooth shift operations, including proper turnover, workstation assignment, and break scheduling
• Maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards and proper product merchandising
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment during the shift
• Enforce operational procedures in line with the Standards Operations Manual (SOM) and company policies
• Oversee execution of promotions and monitor crew performance, including OJTs
• Report operational issues (e.g., equipment breakdowns) and coordinate with Outlet or Assistant Manager on store performance
• Ensure timely submission of required documents and attend company meetings, trainings, and other assigned tasks
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, or any 4-year business-related course
• Related experience is an advantage but not required
• With strong leadership skills, sales-oriented mindset, and customer-focused attitude
• Knowledgeable in cash handling, inventory management, POS system, and food safety standards
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong Area
