We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from contract to handover. You’ll manage communications through Hubspot CRM, provide regular project updates, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.Working closely with the Head of Operations, you’ll help maintain exceptional service standards and support the delivery of high-quality residential projects in key growth areas.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Manage customer enquiries and communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses within 1 business days, using Hubspot CRM.
- Coordinate Contract/colour selections with customers, preparing and obtaining related documentation/variations and liaise with customers.
- Managing issuing milestone invoices to customers within 1 business day of pre-construction and construction stage.
- Collaborate with pre-construction and construction administrator for project progress and delivery weekly customer project update issued in the agreed form and style via Hubspot CRM and maintaining accurate record.
- Follow reasonable instructions provided by your supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the client with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Prioritise work-related tasks during work hours to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role such as customer success, customer support, or similar roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail in preparing documentation, managing data, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the Pre-Construction and Construction Administration team members and other departments to support project goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Hyphen Homefront and general administrative tools; willingness to learn new software as required.
