About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives within our pharmaceutical portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional with deep industry expertise who can drive brand growth, create impactful campaigns, and navigate a highly regulated environment.
What you'll be doing- Develop and facilitate execution of marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives
- Lead brand management and ensure consistent performance across all channels
- Plan and execute successful product launches and lifecycle strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards
- Manage budgets and optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with total work experience of 15-20 years.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
