About the Role
The Segment Assistant Marketing Manager supports the growth of Converge's FiberX portfolio by assisting in the development and execution of segment-driven marketing programs. The role focuses on translating FiberX capabilities into relevant offers and campaigns tailored to the needs of different household groups, such as families, gamers, students, and work-from-home users.
Working closely with the Head of Consumer Segment Marketing, Product, Sales, and Integrated Marketing teams, the role ensures that FiberX campaigns are well-executed, relevant, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for FiberX products, including offers, bundles, and campaigns
- Assist in identifying target segments and household profiles to improve acquisition and product adoption
- Provide inputs in translating FiberX features into clear and relevant customer value propositions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Brand, Digital) to ensure aligned and timely campaign execution
- Monitor product and campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Support the development of segment-based programs (e.g., gaming, streaming, family, WFH use cases)
- Assist in preparing sales enablement materials, campaign briefs, and marketing decks
- Participate in market research and competitive benchmarking to better understand segment behaviors and preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in telco, broadband, or digital services
- Familiarity with campaign execution and go-to-market planning
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing (plus points).
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Ability to translate product features into customer-friendly messaging
- Data-aware and comfortable interpreting performance metrics
