Job Description
Posted on 6 June 2026- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements.
- Prepare employment documents, job offers, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
- Maintain applicant databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners when necessary.
- Monitor office supplies and HR forms.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in HR or administrative functions is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
