  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants for interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements.
  • Prepare employment documents, job offers, and onboarding requirements.
  • Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain applicant databases and recruitment records
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and external partners when necessary.
  • Monitor office supplies and HR forms.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in HR or administrative functions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
