The Creative Designer Intern supports the creation and production of visual materials for SB Finance’s brand, product, and corporate communication efforts. The role exists to deliver accurate, on‑brand, and visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, helping ensure consistency of the company’s visual identity.
Working under the supervision of the Creative Manager, the Creative Designer Intern assists in producing marketing collaterals, adapting layouts, preparing production files, and supporting multimedia requirements for internal and external communication initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Produce Basic Creative Assets for Digital and Print Use
Design and adapt visual materials, such as social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, internal messages, and simple campaign assets based on provided briefs.
Support Creative Concept Development
Assist in interpreting creative briefs into initial visual ideas, layouts, and design studies. Provide basic suggestions on color, layout, and formatting during concept discussions.
Execute and Apply Brand Guidelines Consistently
Ensure accurate and consistent application of SB Finance’s brand identity across all creative outputs, following established templates, color schemes, typography, and visual standards.
Prepare Production-Ready Files and Assist in Asset Management
Resize, format, and export creative files for print, social media, presentations, and digital platforms. Maintain organized creative folders, file versions, and design templates.
Provide Basic Multimedia Support
Assist in photo editing, simple animation or GIF creation, and basic video editing tasks under the guidance of senior creative team members.
Coordinate Creative Revisions and Timelines
Support the Creative Lead by managing assigned tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submission of revised outputs.
Collaborate with Internal Teams to Support Campaign Requirements
Work with Corporate Communications, Product Communications, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Services to meet creative requests and ensure alignment with communication objectives.
