US Recruitment Coordinator (Permanent Work from Home)

This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support high-level executives and stakeholders professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and executives
• Manage recruiting activities and candidate workflows within Workday
• Ensure accuracy of interview schedules, meeting invites, and candidate information
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams
• Track recruiting activities, interview progress, and reporting through Smartsheet and other tools
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or coordination conflicts
• Support recruiting operations in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

Qualifications:

• Experience using Workday, specifically supporting recruiting functions - Required
• Experience with Smartsheet is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience supporting high-level executives and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
