WFH Commerce Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce / Shopify Assistant. In this role, you'll manage daily store operations, optimize conversion rates, and expand our reach across social commerce channels like TikTok Shop and Instagram.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Monday - Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all product listings and back-end settings are accurate and optimized
• Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improving sales performance
• Integrate and manage the store across multiple social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook
• Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase direct-to-consumer sales
• Support the subscription model by optimizing the customer purchase journey and reducing friction at checkout
• Load and update product information, imagery, and promotional content across all active channels

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and Facebook Shop
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and conversion data
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
