Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to support business objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and reporting needs.
- Lead and manage a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and adopt best practices in analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in data analytics and reporting.
Take ownership in a new role and act as primary contact of the GBS.Partner with a global leader in healthcare.
A successful Reporting & Analytics Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or relatedfield.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- 3+ years in Business Intelligence (BI)/reporting or analytics.
- Take ownership in a new role with a fast growing business
- 3 months on-site in BGC (hybrid work set up after training)
