Role Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth in an assigned territory by managing a strong B2B network, executing effective B2C engagement activities, and ensuring the consistent performance of all operational touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Management- Lead scoping, negotiation, and partner engagement initiatives.
- Ensure optimal availability, visibility, pricing, and placement of products and materials.
- Oversee inventory systems and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Develop and execute plans to increase ROI, visibility, and market presence.
- Design and implement consumer engagement activities based on market insights.
- Strengthen category awareness and drive quality consumer acquisition within the territory.
- Supervise daily touchpoint operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory, staffing, store appearance, and KPI performance.
- Support skills development and performance evaluation of frontliners.
- Activate strategic touchpoints and engage B2B partners to build a user community.
- Address area-specific challenges and identify opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to enhance brand visibility and support long-term growth.
- Contribute to short- and long-term business goals through established performance metrics.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure all field activities follow company policies and local regulations.
- Promote safety and environmental standards and maintain company assets responsibly.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years in a similar role, ideally in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations.
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results‑driven with strong business acumen
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring
