Food Service Sales Supervisor (FOR DAVAO)

A Foodservice Sales Supervisor oversees and supports a team of sales representatives responsible for selling food and beverage products to restaurants, hotels, catering companies, schools, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice accounts.

This role combines leadership, customer relationship management, sales strategy execution, and performance monitoring to drive revenue growth and ensure excellent customer service.

Sales & Business Development
  • Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow the company’s presence in the food service segment (HORECA).
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafés, and institutional buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations with major clients, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to improve productivity and skill levels.
  • Set individual sales targets and track progress regularly.
  • Conduct regular field visits with sales executives to support client meetings and evaluate team performance.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to ensure professional growth and alignment with company objectives.
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Ensure proper execution of sales orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide input for strategic planning.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare accurate reports for management.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns within the food service channel.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the food service / HORECA industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Effective Distributor Management skills
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations, customer requirements, and distribution channels.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
