Content Moderator
We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as a Content Moderator. If you have experience in content moderation, digital marketing, or social media platforms, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor online content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies
- Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content
- Evaluate advertisements, digital content, and user-generated posts
- Support ads review and related moderation tasks
- Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years Call Center / BPO experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience in any of the following:
- Content Moderation
- Digital Marketing
- Digital Ads Creation
- Preferably with experience in:
- Social Media Ads Management
- Other Digital Platforms (BPO or Non-BPO)
- Knowledge or background in:
- Paid Ads
- Lead Generation
- Ads Review and related tasks
