Company Nurse - Makati

The Company Nurse manages the store/office’s on-site clinic and serves as administrative and technical support to company doctor/dentist/optometrist and coordinator for HR Services.

Job Description:

• Provides emergency first aid to employees and customers.
• Schedules employee medical/dental/optical services and assist Company Physician/Dentist/Optometrist during consultation/treatment.
• Coordinates and implements the RCC Medical Benefit Programs.

• Handles the documentation and maintains confidential medical records for reference.

• Coordinates the utilization of medical benefits and ensures that required forms and supporting documents are accomplished and submitted.
• Processes the annual mayor/health permits.
• Coordinates internal communication, surveys, meetings and orientation seminars on HR system with HRS.
• Oversees the sanitation and service level of canteen concessionaire.
• Distributes Insights newsletter in the assigned location.

• Relays company policies and guidelines on clinic benefits to RCC employees.

REPORTS

Processes and submits periodic reports to POPCOM/DOH and ensures timely delivery.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
• Experienced Employee specialized in both hospital and industrial setting
• Enthusiastic, Goal Driven, and keen to details
• Must be willing to report onsite in Makati City, Mondays to Fridays
