ON-THE-JOB TRAINEES / INTERNS (HR)

Position Type: Internship/OJT; on-site

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build your resume, and gain valuable insights into your chosen field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of HR, Accounting, or Marketing principles (depending on the chosen field).
