ON-THE-JOB TRAINEES / INTERNS (MARKETING)

Position Type: Internship/OJT; on-site

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
• Help develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Support market research activities, including gathering and analyzing data on competitors and market trends.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
• Contribute to the management of social media accounts and company websites.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Basic understanding of HR, Accounting, or Marketing principles (depending on the chosen field).
