About the role
As a Service Desk Engineer (Project-Based) at Asticom Technology Inc, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality IT support and technical assistance to our clients. This is a contract position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering flexible work arrangements to meet your needs.
What you'll be doing- Respond to and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries and issues from users in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall service desk experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IT ticketing and monitoring systems
- Passion for delivering high-quality IT support and continuously improving processes
