Description / Requirements
Position: Service Desk Transformation ConsultantLocation: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: 112K–140K (100K–130K base)
Work Setup: Hybrid (subject to business requirements)
Work Shift: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
Target Start Date: ASAP
Note: Former employees, whether in a direct role or under a third party, are not eligible to work in Tech Mahindra.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in IT.
- Experience in transformation and solutions for Service Desk accounts.
- Female candidates only; male candidates are not allowed at this time. Any male submissions will be automatically rejected.
- At least 6–8 years of experience in an IT Service Desk.
- Prior consulting and automation experience is required.
- Presales/solution experience is a plus.
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BPO experience is required.
