We're Hiring: Experienced IT Recruiter (Hybrid Setup | Makati City | Onsite once a week)

• Work Setup:
• Hybrid (Work-from-home with onsite reporting once a week in Makati)
• Full-Time, Permanent Role, Day Shift

✅ Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong understanding of various tech roles, tools, and stacks (e.g., developers, engineers, IT support)
• Skilled in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to manage multiple openings and deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, IT, or related field is a plus
• Job Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting to onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the team
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
