Building Engineer
We are seeking a highly competent and driven Building Engineer to oversee the technical and operational management of a residential condominium complex in Quezon City. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all building systems while leading the engineering and maintenance team to deliver excellent service to residents.
- Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and auxiliary systems).
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are properly implemented.
Supervise and lead the engineering and maintenance team.
Coordinate with property management, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and condominium policies.
Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
Respond promptly to building emergencies and resident technical concerns.
Prepare technical reports, incident reports, and maintenance documentation.- Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred; other related professional licenses are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of building management experience, preferably in a residential condominium setting.
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance planning.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
