Accounting Manager New

The company has a strong international presence and serves the construction, infrastructure, commercial, and residential sectors worldwide.

We are seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for handling accounting and financial reporting tasks, including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll. The role also ensures compliance with accounting standards and company procedures while working closely with the internal team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll).
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Mentor and grow your accounting team.
• Managing the budget; overseeing all finance parameters
• Manage 8-10 accountants and reports directly to the GM

Key Job Qualifications:

• Accounting/Finance degree holder.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• With 5 years or more accounting experience
• Should have 2 years supervisory/managerial experience
• Experience in manufacturing and/or construction industry is required.
• Strong PFRS knowledge and attention to detail.
• With knowledge and experience using accounting systems like SAP, Oracle or any other tools.
• Should be open to work onsite at Santa Maria, Bulacan office.
