The Role
We are looking for a high-impact Operations Manager who can take full ownership of end-to-end operations—from plant/manufacturing to supply chain and project execution.
This role is for a leader who can drive performance, scale operations, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate operations across production, supply chain, sales support, and construction
- Ensure efficient plant operations (production, quality, maintenance, and output optimization)
- Align sales forecasts with production and delivery execution
- Oversee project execution—on time, on budget, and to standard
- Drive KPIs, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Manage logistics, procurement, and inventory optimization
- Build and lead high-performing, accountable teams
- Champion continuous improvement and scalable systems
- What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years in operations, with 3–5 years in senior leadership
- Strong background in manufacturing + construction/project execution
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end operations and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in plant operations, supply chain, and cost optimization
- Strategic, decisive, and results-driven leader
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
