Receptionist
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assisting with various office duties, including filing, photocopying and data entry
- Contributing to the overall smooth running of the office
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Competent in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
