About the Role
As an (Entry Level) Business Intelligence Analyst I at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's data-driven decision making. Working on-site, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover valuable insights that drive business success.
What You'll Be Doing- Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to build comprehensive databases and reports
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Generate insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the world of business intelligence
- Continuously improve data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and data quality
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Excel, and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences
- Attention to detail and a keen interest in understanding business processes and industry trends
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
