The role
Teleperformance, a leading global provider of outsourced customer experience management services, is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence across our customer service operations.
What you'll be doing- Develop and maintain robust data reporting and analytics capabilities to provide comprehensive insights on key performance indicators, customer trends, and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges through data-driven solutions
- Leverage data visualisation tools to create engaging and informative dashboards and reports that communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement and service delivery optimisation
- Proactively identify and propose new data sources, metrics, and analytical techniques to enhance the company's business intelligence capabilities
- Provide training and support to business users on the effective utilisation of data and analytical tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, preferably in a customer-centric or call centre environment
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in leveraging data to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Familiarity with call centre metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
