Recruitment Specialist(Retail Industry)

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company’s hiring and business development needs, ensuring timely completion of recruitment targets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Maximize the effectiveness of recruitment channels by understanding their strengths and continuously improving recruitment efficiency.
- Manage and communicate with recruitment vendors and external partners to support hiring requirements and ensure smooth coordination.
- Assist in analyzing and refining talent profiles, as well as creating and updating talent maps.
- Monitor recruitment progress, summarize recruitment challenges, and propose process improvements and optimization plans.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, hiring data, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proficient in the local language; English communication skills are required as it will be used as a working language.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience in retail or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong stress management and adaptability skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a positive work attitude.
