As a Recruitment Specialist at Account Ventures Inc., you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent for BOK Korean Fried Chicken. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, fostering positive candidate experiences, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our restaurant brand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within BOK Korean Fried Chicken, from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Actively source and attract high-caliber candidates using diverse channels, including job portals, social media, industry partnerships, and networking events.
  3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of BOK Korean Fried Chicken's employer brand to attract top talent in the competitive Philippine market.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, align recruitment strategies with business goals, and provide insights on market trends.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment metrics, and other relevant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3 years work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a track record of successful recruitment.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Philippine restaurant and hospitality landscape, understanding current trends and challenges in talent acquisition.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  5. Technology Proficiency: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
