We are seeking a highly experienced and internationally trained Food Service Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our food and beverage services. This position requires advanced knowledge of global food service standards, compliance with international safety regulations, and the ability to adapt and implement specialized operational strategies that align with multinational practices.
Job Description:
Develop and implement food service policies and procedures based on international standards and best practices; Manage procurement and supplier relations with foreign food and equipment providers, ensuring compliance with global supply chain protocols; Train and supervise staff in foreign cuisines, international food safety standards, and advanced service techniques;Monitor cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management based on international food service management systems; Introduce innovative dining concepts and foreign culinary practices to the local market.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be a foreign national with proven experience in international food service operations; With at least 5 years managerial experience abroad in food and beverage or hospitality industry; Trained in foreign cuisines, international food service standards, and global dining concepts;Strong communication skills in English and other foreign languages for coordination with international partners and suppliers;Familiarity with global procurement systems and international supply chain management; Ability to introduce and implement foreign food service practices not commonly applied in the local market.
