Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 - Cebu

KNC Group of Companies is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Cebu City Jollibee store operations as an Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 where he/she will help the Restaurant Manager meet goals by managing daily operations, especially in food production, staff support, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track sales and suggest ways to improve.
• Help launch new products and support marketing programs (except parties and bulk orders).
• Make sure the store is ready for new items and promotions.

• Manage daily costs like food and supplies.
• Plan and order stocks correctly.
• Handle monthly inventory and make sure supplier bills are accurate.
• Keep the production system updated with new items or prices.

• Make sure food safety and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Train staff on proper food handling and quality procedures.
• Handle complaints and improve service based on feedback.

• Support the development of junior staff (ARMs, SCs, MTs).
• Help assess employee performance.
• Lead training sessions for new managers.
• Act as the safety officer during emergencies.

• Oversee daily operations including kitchen, service, and admin work during shifts.
• Manage store funds and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Hospitality, Business, or similar field (preferred).
• 1–2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Skills in sales tracking, inventory, and supervising staff.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Knows food safety and workplace safety rules.
