We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join the dynamic team at JOJO BRAGAIS Shoes, a leading retailer of high-quality shoes and accessories. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

This full-time position is based in our conveniently located store in South Triangle Quezon City Metro Manila, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and passion for the industry.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
• Expertly showcase our diverse product range, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each item
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and a customer-centric approach
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product inventory, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a well-organized and appealing store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes

• Experience in a retail or sales-focused role, preferably within the fashion or accessories industry is an advantage
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the capacity to quickly learn about new products and trends
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through a consultative selling approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about providing an exceptional shopping experience
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the region
