About The Role:

As CBRE Sr. Director, you will plan and implement complex research for our organization as well as ensure that the best methodologies, design, and practices are adhered to. This job is part of the Consulting Research function. They are responsible for forecasting real estate market trends and assessing the impact of a variety of economic, social, and political changes.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for increasing market visibility and growth in Philippines. Create high brand re-call for CBRE Consulting in the local market in the initial phase of growth.
  • Assist the team to undertake diverse range of studies including project and portfolio appraisal strategies, feasibility, & viability studies, market surveys/analyses, site-specific studies, business plan formulation, location analyses/occupancy strategies, entry-exit strategies, and preparation of concept papers across real estate projects for clients.
  • Finalize research & consulting reports for presentation to Sr. management.
  • Identify high-risk areas of concern and improvement in research & consulting design and implementation.
  • Discuss findings with Sr. management, key stakeholders and high-profile clients.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and departmental objectives.
  • Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function to be able to cross sell other service line functions of CBRE Philippines.
  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
  • Special focus on new client acquisitions. Identification, devising target plan, undertaking key client meetings, defining follow up plans and review to ensure new client conversion.
  • Responsible for key account management for some of the top accounts for this team Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' business. Ensure that firm's proposals and services align with the client's strategic direction.
  • Supply expert commercial and financial knowledge during client strategy development and presentations
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
  • Apply a robust knowledge of multiple subject areas, the business, and key drivers which impact.
  • Consulting advisory.
  • Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

  • Master's Degree with 15-20 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a Master's Degree, a combination of Consulting experience and education will be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of all real estate segments including office, retail, residential, hospitality, healthcare, etc.
  • Experience in the areas of business development, new client acquisition, client relationship management, strategic analysis, market research, proposal drafting and public speaking preferred. Appraisal accreditation is a plus.
  • Experience and exposure to international assignments and offices preferred for cross-boarder pitches and client handling.
