Homemaker Furniture Corp is looking for an IT Staff to maintain the company’s computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. This role ensures that all hardware, software, and systems operate efficiently and securely while providing technical support to employees.
The IT Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, manage system updates, and support the organization’s technology needs.
LOCATION: M1 Business Center, Ouano Avenue, Subangdaku, Mandaue City
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least college level (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues.
- Flexible and willing to perform tasks beyond core IT responsibilities when needed
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure data backup, system updates, and antivirus protection are regularly maintained.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory of equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary.
