We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Marketing Coordinator with experience in the data and analytics industry. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality, professional proposals and marketing materials that showcase who we are, what we do, and how we help our clients succeed.
You’ll also help us stay ahead of market trends, craft engaging content, and provide general support across our marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities- Draft, design, and polish client-facing proposals and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all materials reflect a strong understanding of the data and analytics sector.
- Research market trends and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, brochures, and events.
- Assist with brand positioning, event support, and overall marketing coordination.
- Work closely with business development, consulting, and leadership teams to align messaging and materials.
- Proven marketing experience within a data and analytics, technology, or professional services company.
- Strong writing skills with an eye for detail, professionalism, and clarity.
- Good understanding of current market trends in technology, data, and analytics.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working remotely as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders or fast-moving teams
- Knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, or other modern tech ecosystem players (a bonus, not a must!)
- Experience working with an Australian (preferred) or US based company
