About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Transportation Supervisor to manage and oversee domestic transportation operations across the Philippines. This role ensures safe, cost-efficient, compliant, and on-time delivery of goods while supervising drivers, trucks, and daily dispatch activities.

You will play a key role in optimizing fleet utilization, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with warehouses, customers, and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily transportation operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery execution.
Monitor truck movements, delivery status, and resolve shipment exceptions or delays.
Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams.
Optimize route planning and load utilization to maximize efficiency.
Supervise drivers and third-party providers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
Oversee dispatch operations and ensure accuracy of transport documentation (DR, POD, manifests).
Track and analyze transportation KPIs (OTD, truck utilization, lead time, cost per delivery, damage/loss rate).
Control transportation expenses and validate vendor invoices.
Implement safety programs, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with maintenance requirements.
Respond to customer escalations and support urgent delivery requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in routing, dispatching, and fleet utilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
Strong background in Philippine domestic transportation operations.
Knowledge of fleet management, dispatch operations, and transportation systems (TMS, GPS).
Proficient in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Cello).
Adept knowledge in GWP, contract management, and inventory management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage operational escalations.
