Aguila Glass is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor that is primarily responsible for the "smooth drive" of the branch. They bridge the gap between the head office's financial targets and the daily technical operations of the store.
Team Leadership: Oversee a team of staff members (including store assistants, technicians, and drivers), ensuring they adhere to company protocols and safety standards.
Operational Management: Ensure all aspects of the store run smoothly, from opening and closing procedures to daily housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
Financial Objectives: Monitor sales performance to meet monthly targets and ensure all financial transactions (cash and credit) are accurately recorded and deposited.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of various glass types and automotive accessories. You will be responsible for stock accuracy, preventing wastage, and managing replenishment.
Customer Excellence: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure that glass installations or deliveries are performed to the highest standard.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the Area Manager or Head Office regarding sales figures, employee performance, and local market trends.WORK LOCATION: EVANGELISTA, MAKATI
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsExperience: At least 3 years of experience in retail sales or general sales; specifically 1 year in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting). Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Must be a "problem-solver" who can work under pressure.
Availability: Willingness to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime during busy seasons or inventory counts.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
- At least two (2-3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / more than five (3) years of solid experience specialized in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent
