QA Tester - Makati

Job Summary:

You will take ownership of testing code quality through exploratory and manual tests. You will scrutinize the software and hunt for bugs, identify issues, report them, and ensure that they are corrected.

What you will do:

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Provide consistent and repeatable testing process for UAT
• May be required to work on various projects
• Collaborate with QA Testers and Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results for varying conditions
• Evaluate system process and performance according to specifications
• Document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams

Desirable qualifications:

• At least 5 years overall experience on software testing processes
• Proficient in any modern programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automated testing in web and mobile apps.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science / Information

• Excellent mathematical & problem-solving skills
• Proactive and collaborative with excellent communication/stakeholder management skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency and works well under pressure
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in various QA and Software Testing approach and methodologies
• Ability to perform multi-tasking to prioritize deliverables and meet agreed timelines
• Candidate must have the ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business

needs and processes
