ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven and community-savvy Account Executive to grow our partner ecosystem and deepen player community relationships across Southeast Asia. You'll sit at the intersection of our business development team and community engagement — identifying opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and helping bring creative campaigns to life within our games.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes gaming, understands what moves SEA player communities, and has the hustle to turn conversations into deals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Business Growth & Partnership Development

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities — from brand collaborations and IP partnerships to community-driven activations — that expand our reach across the SEA gaming market.

Community & Key Account Management

Build and maintain relationships with guild leaders, top spenders, content creators, and active player communities. Serve as the bridge between our business objectives and the communities that power our games.

Client & Partner Relations

Understand the goals of each partner and deliver tailored solutions that align with both their needs and our live ops strategy. Manage the full relationship lifecycle from first contact through to ongoing account health.

Proposal & Presentation Development

Prepare compelling business proposals, partnership decks, and quotations. Present with confidence and follow through on all commitments to partners and internal stakeholders.

Deal Negotiation & Execution

Support negotiations and partnership closures, coordinating with Legal, Marketing, and Live Ops teams to ensure clean handoffs and successful execution.

Market & Community Intelligence

Monitor SEA gaming trends, competitor titles, player behavior shifts, and regional market dynamics. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for the BD and product teams.

Campaign & Initiative Innovation

Propose and develop creative collaborations, community events, and co-marketing initiatives that drive player engagement, retention, and brand affinity.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Own your pipeline. Track KPIs, maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal stages, and deliver regular performance reports to management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have
  • Genuine passion for gaming: you know the titles, the communities, and what drives player loyalty in SEA
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, BD, community management, or a related role in gaming, tech, or digital media
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to present, pitch, and negotiate with confidence
  • Proven ability to build relationships across diverse personalities such as influencers, guild leaders, brand partners, and internal teams
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset: can read data, player feedback, and market signals and turn them into strategy
Good to Have
  • Experience working with GaaS (Games as a Service) titles or live operations environments
  • Familiarity with the SEA gaming publisher and developer landscape
  • Prior exposure to influencer or content creator partnership management
BONUS SKILLS (Valued but not required)
  • Regional Language Proficiency: Bahasa, Thai, Tagalog, Malay, Chinese, Vietnamese etc.
  • AI Tool Proficiency: ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, or similar software
  • Project Management Software Proficiency: Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Content / Social Platform Literacy: TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Facebook Gaming, etc.
  • Critical for community strategy and influencer partnership evaluation.
