  1. Leads and actively participates in planning, developing, coordinating and executing concrete business policies, strategic business plans and programs.
  2. Leads and actively participates in developing an organization capable of producing both technical achievement and human satisfactions.
  3. Leads and actively participates in organizing various resources: people, material and technology in meeting business goals and objective.
  4. Initiates, promotes and encourage productivity improvement by coordinating with other staff, discussing relevant data for improvement in covering methods, procedures, materials and product for effective quality.
  5. Develops and implements plant-wide improvement programs by disseminating technical information for quality, environment, health & safety awareness and knowledge among all employees.
  6. Develops and implements improvement work plans and workmanship standards for manufacturing to promote productivity in plant maintenance and machine optimization.
  7. Oversees the proper conduct of test on new equipment & calibration works to determine if it meets specified requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

 With at least 10 years extensive working experience in automotive wiring business
 Expert in troubleshooting production problems related to wire & cable equipment, processes and systems.

 With impressive experience in implementation, planning, control, innovations in wire cable manufacturing.

 In-depth knowledge with technical ability in automotive business

 Can communicate well, understand, fluently speak, read and write Japanese and English.
