Construction Equipment Manager
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Equipment Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, deployment, and monitoring of construction equipment across multiple project sites.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (ME) or Electrical Engineer (EE)
- With at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in construction, heavy equipment, fleet management, or project operations
- Strong background in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment utilization, and site coordination
- Experience handling multi-site operations and construction equipment deployment
- Knowledgeable in equipment inventory, asset monitoring, and operational reporting
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to do field/site visits as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction equipment operations across project sites
- Ensure proper equipment deployment, utilization, maintenance, and safekeeping
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and equipment performance
- Coordinate repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset monitoring records
- Ensure operational readiness and minimize equipment downtime
- Coordinate with project managers, operations, warehouse, and suppliers
- Prepare operational and maintenance reports for management
