Sales & App Specialist - Capital Equipment (South Luzon)

Reporting Line & Team Structure
- Reports to: Department Head
- Team size: 7-8 headcount
- Drive sales and revenue growth for microscopy capital equipment within South Luzon
- Develop and manage relationships with ophthalmologists, ENT, Neuro, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical applications support, and equipment installation
- Support product evaluations, trials, and post-installation training
- Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (service, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and pipeline updates to management

A successful Sales & App Specialist - MCS South should have:
