As an intern, you’ll assist in partner engagement, trendspotting, and strategy support—learning the full partnership lifecycle and how we turn partnerships into meaningful customer experiences. About the Role The Marketing Strategic Partnerships (MSP) division helps power some of Globe’s most exciting plays—partnering with global brands like Disney, Meta, and Canva, as well as niche communities like Run Rio—to enable and enrich experiences that matter to our customers.As an MSP Intern, you will gain exposure to both partnership management and lifecycle strategy, working under two key functions: Portfolio Management Teams – Get exposure to how we build and maintain strong partner relationships, explore brand integration opportunities, and assist in key parts of partnership-led programs that bring value to customers.
Partnership Lifecycle Team – Learn how partnerships are managed from a strategic, operational, and governance lens—from designing processes and frameworks to mapping strategies that drive impact end-to-end. What You’ll
Do Assist in select activities that support big plays across partner portfolios. Support high-level partner engagement efforts, including performance tracking, monitoring, and coordination. Contribute to trendspotting, trend forecasting, and data-driven insights that inform partnership strategy.
Help with documentation and process updates that strengthen partnership operations and governance. What You’ll Learn
