Human Resource Specialist
Napintas Logistics and Distribution Inc. (MLB)- Primary Assignment: La Union
- Occasional Assignment: Baguio City (as required)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns objectively yet empathetically
- Oversee HR policies, records, and compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluations
- Handle HR reporting, documentation, and manpower planning
- Occasionally assist HR operations in Baguio branch
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR work experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Objective in judgment, empathetic in approach
- Willing to be based in La Union and travel to Baguio when needed
