Accounting Associate (Hybrid)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our Finance team in daily transaction processing, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in real business finance operations.

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Process daily disbursement requests and prepare transactions in online banking for approval
• Record all bank transactions (inflows and outflows) accurately and on time
• Log invoices, receipts, and supplier billings
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
• Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies
• Ensure complete documentation for all financial transactions
• Assist in building and improving accounting workflows and SOPs
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or audit (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Organized and able to manage both digital and physical records
• Proficient in Google Sheets or willing to learn quickly
• Trustworthy in handling confidential financial information
• Able to work independently after training
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu or relocate

• ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 monthly salary (up to ₱35,000 for exceptional candidates)
• ₱10,000 sign-on bonus (₱5,000 upon hire + ₱5,000 after 3 months)
