Windows Server & Network Administrator (Freelance, Full-Time, 100% Remote)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, round about 8 hours between 05am – 05pm GMT+1 (required)
Monthly Salary: USD 1,500 (8,50 USD/hour. payed per hour, if you work more, you get more)
Contract Type: Freelance, long-term
What You’ll Be DoingManage and maintain Windows Server environments
Work with virtualization technologies (we currently use Hyper-V)
Administer client networks (10–15 clients with 5–70 users each)
Configure and support firewalls (e.g., MikroTik, pfSense, Unifi Dreammachine)
Use an RMM system (we use Atera) to monitor systems and handle alerts
Perform end-user support (1st to 3rd level)
Maintain clear and consistent documentation of all tasks and configurations
What We Expect from You
You do not need to have experience with the exact tools we use. However, you must have hands-on experience in each of the following areas with at least one system per category:
Areas: Windows Server
VirtualizationRMM
Backup Systems
IT Security
Office365
Other Requirements: English skills (spoken & written)
Document everything: You are highly organized and always write things downFreelance status: You issue invoices. We make a freelancer contract.
Available Monday–Friday during our business hours (5am to 5pm GMT+1)
