Inventory analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Analyst to join our team at Pearl Poultry Dressing and Meat Processing Corp. in Padre Garcia Batangas. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our inventory processes, ensuring we maintain the right levels of stock to meet customer demand efficiently.

• Analysing inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing inventory control strategies to minimise stock levels, reduce waste, and optimise storage space
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment
• Monitoring inventory performance metrics and generating detailed reports for management
• Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or inefficiencies in the inventory management system
• Providing recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes to streamline operations

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar inventory analyst or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in inventory management
