Hogs:

Performs PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling) for Warehouse & Logistics.
Performs EOD & WOR monitoring and data analyses.
Monitors and allocates truckers assignments and deliverables.
Monitors the day-to-day Operations output of assigned personnel.
Coordinates with team members on department’s game plan.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Performs weekly meeting to personnel.
Performs end to end communications to Farm, Sales, Inventory Analyst, Truckers & 3PL.
Ensure Procedures are followed by personnels & provide BCP (Business Continuity Plan) on any encountered issues.
Assists in fieldwork when necessary
Performs other functions as may be assigned on a temporary basis or permanently.

Minimum Qualifications:

A graduate of Accountancy, Mathematics, or related fields
With at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, data management
Familiar with Accounting functions
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to drive 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles
Ability to achieve set deadlines and targets
Average communication and conversational skills
