We are currently looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Airline Account team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a pioneering and non-toxic account with a streamlined hiring process.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, travel policies, and other airline-related concerns. You will be responsible for delivering accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Pasig
- Salary package of up to ₱30,000
- Night differential pay
