What You'll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
- Communicate with potential customers in a clear, confident, and engaging manner
- Research prospects and gather relevant market intelligence using online tools
- Identify and qualify leads for sales or business development follow-up
- Accurately document interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development and growth
- Consistently meet productivity and quality targets
What We're Looking For:
- Street-smart, resourceful, and quick to adapt
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls daily
- Internet-savvy with strong online research skills
- Highly motivated to grow into a Sales or Business Development career
- Experience in a call center, telesales, or outbound environment is an advantage
- Exposure to North American market is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred
