The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

The Responsibilities:

• Creative freedom to bring ideas to life.
• Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, digital campaigns, and occasional print materials.
• Edit and produce engaging videos for marketing, social media, and internal content.
• Own the creative direction for company branding initiatives across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute compelling content ideas for social media and brand campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and platforms.
• Occasionally participate in virtual client meetings and provide light support to client accounts when needed.
• Draft professional email communications for internal coordination and occasional client interactions.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in branding, social media, and digital marketing.

Qualifications/Requirements

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in multimedia design, video editing, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Ability to confidently communicate with clients and team members in virtual meetings.
• Excellent professional email writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
