About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, proactive, and AI-savvy Marketing Specialist to become the first hire in our brand-new marketing division.
This isn't a cog-in-the-machine job. You won't be joining a big team with set process,s you are the team (at least to start). You'll lay the foundation, build the systems, and lead the charge on everything from campaign strategy to AI implementation.
From content to email, social to automation, you'll do it all and help us future-proof our marketing function using the latest AI tools.
We won't be training you, you'll be training us.
You'll be the one discovering, mastering, and deploying AI tools across our marketing efforts and showing us how to do more with less.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution (Hands-On)- Create and manage content for email, blog, social, website, and more
- Plan, launch, and track performance-focused campaigns across channels
- Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Collaborate with freelance designers or use tools like Canva to create assets
- Build and maintain landing pages and email workflows
- Monitor performance analytics and use insights to improve marketing ROI
- Continuously explore and implement the latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Midjourney, Claude, etc.)
- Automate and scale repeatable tasks with AI content writing, design, outreach, etc.
- Build internal AI-powered systems and SOPs that can support future hires
- Train the leadership team and future team members on AI tools and workflows
- Help us build a lean, tech-enabled marketing function that punches above its weight
You'll Be a Fit If You:
- Have 2-4+ years in a full-spectrum marketing role, ideally in a startup or solo capacity
- Are highly self-motivated, curious, and thrive in environments where you take the lead
- Have strong writing, content creation, and basic design skills
- Are hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, Notion, Zapier, and email/CRM platforms
- Can learn fast, build systems from scratch, and execute without being micromanaged
- Want to be the founding marketing team member of a company that invests in innovation
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience running paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Background in SEO, analytics, or conversion rate optimisation
- Built AI workflows or trained others on AI tools
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or services-based business environments
- A portfolio, case study, or example of a system or campaign you built solo
- A blank slate to build a modern marketing machine powered by creativity and AI
