Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, and reports.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology,
- Proven experience as HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
